Top Reasons for Rejection:

  • Incomplete Call to Action (CTA): Your CTA must include the “who, what, when, where, how, and cost” of your messaging. This means clearly stating who is sending the messages, what type of messages to expect (marketing, customer support, etc.), message frequency, a link to your privacy policy, opt-out instructions (“Reply STOP to opt-out”), and a note about potential message and data rates.
  • Privacy Policy Issues: Your privacy policy needs to be linked in your LeadConnector submission and clearly address SMS messaging. Include an SMS disclaimer that mirrors your CTA and a statement about data sharing (either stating you don’t share data or clearly explaining how sms opt-in data is excluded).
  • Help Message Missing or Mismatched: Make sure your registered help message in LeadConnector includes a valid support email or phone number. Crucially, if using an email, the domain must match your website domain (e.g., will@signalhouse.io instead of will@gmail.com).
  • Missing Sample Messages: Provide a sample message for each use case in your campaign. This message should identify your company and include opt-out instructions.

The Inside Scoop:

LeadConnector is powered by Twilio, and approvals involve a three-layer review process, including scrutiny from Twilio and two additional DCAs (Direct Connect Aggregators). This rigorous process means your campaign needs to be meticulously compliant (Signal House, by contrast, has only ONE additional review).

A Better Alternative?

Signal House is building a new GoHighLevel application that promises faster approvals (within 48 hours!) and a more streamlined process. In addition, we work directly with our upstream provider to ensure they know YOU 🫵 and your business. Because your business is our business! We only succeed when you do, and a white-gloved service is the only way we operate.
