9. Signal House Shopify Application

When you install our Signal House application from the Shopify App Store, we process certain information from your store in order to provide our SMS messaging and abandoned cart recovery services on your behalf. This information may include your customers’ contact details, such as their name, phone number, email address, and mailing address, along with order and checkout information, including details of abandoned checkouts and cart contents, and general information about your store.

We use this information only to provide the features of the application, such as sending the cart recovery and marketing messages that you configure and generating the suggested replies you request. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with any third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We share this information only with the service providers needed to operate the service, such as our telecommunications providers, who deliver the text messages, and our messaging assistant provider, who helps generate suggested replies. These providers act only on our instructions and for no other purpose.

We retain this information only for as long as the application remains installed. If you uninstall the application, or if we receive a data deletion request from Shopify on your behalf or on behalf of one of your customers, we will delete the related information within 30 days. You or your customers may request the deletion of personal data at any time by contacting us at support@signalhouse.io.

We may receive information from our business customers, merchants, connected platforms and integrations, telecommunications providers, service providers, publicly available sources, and third-party data providers.
